In 3Q17, the total PCRF market contracted 23% compared to 2Q17, while the market was up 1% versus 3Q16.  We expect that the market will rebound due to seasonal factors and from the leading vendor, Huawei. Huawei’s revenues fell nearly 26% Y/Y due to order volatility.  We forecast that the market will be in the mid-teens in percentage terms for the full-year 2017, equaling $1.1 billion.
