In 4Q16, the total market grew 22% versus 4Q15 to reach $266 million. Seasonal strength and a surge in VoLTE-related shipments drove the increase: VoLTE typically multiplies the number of sessions per subscriber by 2-3 times.  The Asia Pacific market in 4Q16 w $as also particularly strong growing 80% Q/Q.  For the full year 2016, the PCRF market grew 22% to $934 million and we forecast that market growth will ease somewhat in 2017 to 18% and that the market will reach $1.1 billion for the year.
